As a Solution Engineer, your primary responsibilities include:
- Work closely with our pre and post-sales mid-market & enterprise customers/prospects to identify and solve their most critical business problems.
- Support the sales team by participating in discovery calls and product demonstrations for active strategic deals.
- Conduct effective requirements gathering to clearly identify customer problems.
- Build and deliver customized and compelling demonstrations of the Tesorio Platform.
- Articulate the value of Tesorio solutions to a variety of audiences including C-Level executives.
- Maintain the Demo Environment for the Sales Team.
- Assist with RFP responses, security questionnaires, and competitive intelligence.
Job Requirements
- We’re looking for professionals with 3-5 years of experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer with a B2B SAAS product.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration platforms is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skills are a must for this role.
- You should be capable of working on a cross-functional team to solve business & tech problems.
- You must possess solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- You will work on multiple deals every month.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment is a must.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Background in Finance is a plus.
