Tesorio is looking for a passionate BDR manager to help build and manage a Business Development Representative (BDR) team. Your main focus will be ensuring your team is delivering a repeatable & profitable pipeline. You will measure BDR performance by pipeline sourced & closed, monitor & coach daily activity inputs such as calls & emails, and work with Sales leadership to ensure BDR opportunities are closing. Your entrepreneurship will be a valuable contribution to developing Tesorio’s sales strategy, increasing the size and impact of the team, and establishing a culture of execution. This role reports directly to our SVP of Sales.
As a BDR Manager at Tesorio, you will:
- Hire, onboard, train and manage BDRs
- Provide day to day coaching & professional development, including weekly 1:1 meetings, weekly shadow sessions, content development
- Develop Best Practices for the BDR team and optimize the BDR program across all company objectives
- Track and communicate weekly goals to the team to drive consistent performance week over week
- Become an integral part of Sales Leadership
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales development team
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- A track record of problem-solving and fearless with trying new ideas and concepts
- A passion for the problems Tesorio solves within Finance Departments
- Ability, knowledge, and hunger to step in as player-coach on a daily basis that includes tactical management of reps, outbound calls & shadows, and superior knowledge in tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
- Background of hiring, training, and enabling reps for success
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Impeccable organizational and time management skills
