Program Manager

B-Yond develops AI-based network automation software, delivered via an open platform, enabling Telcos to embrace web scale operational models as they move to 5G and Edge Cloud.

What you will do...

• Manage, lead team of technical project managers to successfully deliver on SOW
• Provide Program Management oversight for multiple customer delivery projects
• Primary customer point of contact for all delivery activities
• Work with development, delivery, and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Lead successful project implementations (inception through go live)
• Provide oversight of vendor development, delivery, and deployment activities when applicable
• Develop project and resource plans, coordinate all activities through delivery
• Keep stakeholders apprised of project health
• Responsible for SOW reviews, internal/external project kickoff, project monitoring & control; risk, and resource management
• Identify and manage change requests
• Responsible for the program communications, weekly status reporting, including risk management and issue escalations as required
• Responsible for project budget and financial tracking

• Excellent communication skills to provide project status to various levels of management both internal and externally.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with a strong track record of achieving goals and objectives within tight time frames.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with internal and external team members.
• Familiar with Agile methodology and delivery methods.
• Experience in managing all aspects of large-scale multi-discipline telecommunications projects.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software and other tools for tracking, reporting, and analyzing progress.
• Experience in delivering Wireless Network Projects in mobile network provider environment
• Experience in Video, UI/UX experience a plus
• Experience in deployment of LTE, 3G, VoLTE, indoor RF networks a plus.
• Technical project/program management expertise to execute on multiple projects at the same time.
• Experience to implement solutions for voice and data using existing resources and network elements.
• Effective people management skills
• Degree in telecommunications, networking, electronics, computer science or similar fields. PMP or certification preferred.
