The Area Human Resources (HR) Leader is responsible for delivering consistent, relevant, high-quality P&C services to all employees that require on-site support, in alignment with global initiatives directed by the CoE.
This person supervises a portfolio of regional locations and leads the local P&C generalist cons, providing oversight and escalation support as needed. They are also responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of P&C initiatives within the locations under their purview and providing analytical support to P&C BPs and CoE to garner location-specific and regional insights.
