We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who specializes in Hubspot Automation, Copywriting, Email Nurture Campaigns, and Account-based marketing.
We’re an B2B SaaS company with a global virtual team, building the most widely used NLP Library in the Enterprise. You will be marketing to data scientists in the top Healthcare and Pharma companies, so having experience working for a technical company is a plus.
Your main responsibilities include:
Managing Hubspot Automation. Building and optimizing email and muti-channel nurture campaigns to turn leads into MQL’s, MQL’s into SQL’s, and so on. Expertise with setting up, optimizing, and analyzing workflows for different funnel stages is important.
Email Marketing. Create onboarding, nurturing, reengaging email campaigns, etc. - including both writing copy and Hubspot execution.
ABM campaign management. Come up with and execute multi-channel account-based campaigns, collaborating with other specialists on the team.
Hubspot Management. From managing lists and contacts to reporting, people on the team should be turning to you for help.
Working closely with the Sales Team to provide high-quality MQL’s on a weekly basis.
Here are the first couple of projects you can start with:
Hubspot Funnel Audit. Assess contacts at different stages on the funnel and provide useful insights. For example: what channel generates the most leads, what channel generates most Closed Opportunities, what regions are the best to execute specific campaigns in, and how many touchpoints it takes to convert between funnel stages.
Hubspot Workflow Audit. Study the performance of our workflows and identify key errors, learnings, and insights that will help us optimize.
Hubspot Email Marketing Audit. Come up with findings about the best & worst performing emails, strategies, audiences, etc, and then optimize.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing
• 2+ years of experience working in Digital Marketing
• Excellent time management, attention to details, and organizational skills
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong dedication to team success
• Capable of working and making decisions independently
