Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join our UK business to work with a portfolio of Financial services, Telco and Utility clients within the Targeting Go To Market team. This is a great opportunity for someone with account management experience to support our Mid-Market clients in these sectors.

The work will involve the full suite of Experian Marketing data and Marketing database solutions.  You will be supporting a list of household name brands. 

The ideal candidate should have (but not essential) experience in segmentation data, customer acquisition or data and analytics solutions, focused on consumer insight and Marketing. This is a permanent, field based role.

You will be working with existing clients to support their use of Experian data & tools and to secure contract renewals.  The role is also responsible for extending the products the client’s licence from Experian to deliver new revenue. Targets will be a mix of retention and new business.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who understands Marketing data, tools and uses.  

You will have account management experience working with established and/or new clients, great communication skill, with an eye for detail, focused and organised. You will be comfortable dealing with people from all levels within a client organisation with the ability to communicate the complex in simple terms.
