The Graduate Program is a unique opportunity for those talents who:

• are willing to complete their studies with a Master of Science, while working at a company, which sponsors all tuition fees
• are willing to engage over a period of five years and more, with the aim to complete the Graduate Program, earn the Master in Management and become a permanent employee of a leading firm
• look for opportunities to access international work and educational environments, despite the travel limitations (the Program is designed to be performed at distance)

Hours: Full Time, 5 years apprenticeship Graduate Program, aimed at developing permanent professionals; about 80/20 mix of work/work-based-learning and school-based-learning.

Salary: starting from 200US$/month for Bangladesh residents, plus 600US$/month tuition fees for the Graduate Master in Management program, plus a variable linked to the value of successful placements you do every year and also you are able to help sign up new clients. Potentially, you could earn as much as US$ 5.000 / year in commissions in addition to the salary. Salary increases, merit based, though the program.

Location: online; relocation is not required during the graduate program, business trips may be required (all cost are covered by the company).

Successful candidates will join Select Global Solutions Graduate Program, which includes:

1. Joining a consulting team with responsibilities for dedicated tasks from day one. The nature of our clients’ work varies greatly and you will be exposed to a variety of industries and different areas of head hunting and ececutive search.
2. Joining a part-time Master Program: candidates join the Graduate Program, which blends participation to a Master in Management program (leading to a Master Degree), specifically designed training modules aimed at developing skills and on the job training.

Excellent academic achievements:

• Bachelor’s degree (2021 graduates are welcome to apply)
• No previous work experience required

Required Skills:

• Full proficiency in spoken and written English with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken second language (eg. French), it is a nice to have
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and VBA
• Ability to research and think through a problem
• Interest in speaking to many different people
