With Wolt Market we’re looking to bring the same lovable Wolt experience of fast, friendly delivery, within minutes from restaurants to all products we need in our daily lives from groceries to work-from-home supplies. It’s a chance to help build an all-new blissful shopping experience, and to remake customers’ e-commerce experience through a rapidly growing dark store (or Wolt-wise, “blue store”) network. 

We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Wolt Market team and lead our Vendor Management product team. In a nutshell, this person will drive conceptualization, design, and build of end-to-end tools and systems to grow one of the most exciting new business areas at Wolt. This role has high executive exposure being at the vanguard of one of Wolt’s biggest strategic investments.

As the end-to-end owner of Wolt Market Vendor Management product, the Product Lead has a huge impact in growth and development of this exciting new vertical. The Product Lead will work cross-functionally with senior leadership to drive definition and alignment on overall product strategy, helping us think about where to take our product in 6 months, 1 year, 3 years to support immediate needs, but also looking around corners and driving innovations in this new domain. The Product Lead will also lead teams of talented product designers and engineers in building retail solutions from the ground up, making sure they’re effective across our existing 23 countries and 170 cities footprint, and beyond as we continue growing. We expect him/her to demonstrate out-of-this-world attitude, ambition, and hands on attention to details, with a massive dose of humility.

• Plenty of previous experience in  product management,  preferably in delivering world-class retail e-commerce and automation in vendor, seller, and account management systems.

• Strong experience in working with tech teams directly to build iterative product roadmaps, manage prioritizations and trade-offs, and groom product backlogs. 

• Solid grasp of e-commerce business, operations, technologies, and systems.

• Excellent judgement and strong attention to detail, problem solving, and data-driven approach.

• Experience working with remote, international, and cross-functional teams. 

• Drive, resourcefulness and ability to deliver results autonomously
