Job Description

Experian are pleased to announce an exciting new career opportunity for a Specialist within our Technology and Analytics team, to coordinate and deliver a range of PTA support and development activities across the business, for a period of 12 months (FTC). 

Some of the key activities include;

Service Delivery - Incident & Problem Management

  • Provide effective & efficient incident management support processes, to ensure optimal use and performance of HRMS and deliver user education responses for incidents
  • Understand & represent user issues and liaise with other departments to investigate & resolve system errors
  • Liaise with vendors for incidents and use Vendors Case Management Tools

Service Delivery - Work Requests / Business as Usual (BAU) Activities

  • Deliver Org Structure Changes; Job Changes; Data Migration and other Business Work Requests
  • Deliver effective and efficient BAU support activities as directed by Line Manager. Supporting team & continuous improvements initiatives
  • Document BAU Processes as requested and ensure they are auditable
  • Maintains work structure data such as HR organisations or jobs
  • Develop user & “How to” guides and deliver solution demonstrations

Governance

  • Manage user access & investigate access queries to ensure the security of our people data
  • Maintain systems related documentation & content
  • Maintains accurate and timely master data updates
  • Adheres to People Data Compliance rules when accessing and distributing data

Qualifications

Qualifications / Experience 

  • Demonstrate the ability to build relationships across different functions and regions; with a willingness to build and share your knowledge and expertise as part of a global team.
  • Ability to use your initiative and take ownership of your day-to-day activities, seeing these through to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focussed approach, to be able to understand and interpret customer requirements and at the same time challenge and manage their expectations when appropriate.
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to present analysis and findings clearly & concisely.
  • Possess well developed PC skills, particularly in spread sheet applications (Microsoft Excel).
  • Familiar with systems support procedures and methods.
  • Has a good working knowledge of one of the common HRIS platforms
  • HR functional experience is preferable, in one or more functions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.

 

Desirable

  • Experience of previous systems administration and working knowledge of Oracle HR applications
  • Experience with Oracle eBusiness (Core HR), Cornerstone (Talent and Learning), SmartRecruiters and Clickboarding (Recruitment) and SuccessFactors (All Modules) HRIS solutions
  • Experience of HR Integrations and file transfers methodologies
  • Previous experience of delivering systems related continuous improvement initiatives through a project lifecycle; including needs analysis, gathering business requirements, testing, implementation and support would also be an advantage.
