What you’ll need to bring to the party

-          Act as an interface between the GSA System Administration team and the business regarding the engineering topics.

-          Working as a team, sharing knowledge and helping others on advanced technical topics.

-          Bring ideas for improvements and automation of our processes.

-          Champion a culture that achieves the business goals, delights customers and keeps consumer advocacy at the heart of everything that Experian does.

-          Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, Linux, Password Safe access provisioning and management are desired. Mainframe skills could be a differential.

What you’ll be doing

-          Be a focal point regarding GSA engineering topics like: Incident Management, Change Management, Environment Maintenance.

-          Participate in meetings with the Global Run team to identify, implement and correct improvements and failures in the tools managed by the Brazil GSA Team such as Identity Central (Sailpoint), Centrify, Varonis and Cyberark.

-          Support the assurance team with gathering evidence and executing action plans to close identified issues.

-          Ensure the attendance of Incidents/Changes in the correct SLA’s, with appropriate approvals and documentation.

-          Create and review procedures/documents of all your daily tasks to ensure the continuity of the process.
