Job Description

 

  • Design, build and lead HVAC strategy with advisory guidance on fire, security and electrical project management.
  • Identify and recommend HVACR system equipment and process improvements including support and direct involvement in engineering projects.
  • Accountability for the control any number of projects at various stages of work.
  • Partner with 3rd party suppliers, commissioning agencies and internal teams to successfully deliver all work orders, including manage/negotiate all work contracts with 3rd party union and nonunion-based suppliers and other state regulatory compliance and governance officers
  • Oversee code/permit submittals for new and reconstruction sites (i.e. iGaming studios) and meet all compliance requirements and timelines
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and project-related issues i.e. budget mgt, environmental health and safety regulations, and communicate change management processes across 3rd party suppliers, global and local teams (both internal and external)

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with PE registration (or ability to quickly acquire PE multi-state comity licensure) or equivalent experience; acquire high-level certifications from EPA, North American Technician Excellence (NATE) or HVAC Excellence preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and HVAC system analysis.
  • Advanced technical competencies in HVACR system equipment and AutoCad experience
  • 3+ years of experience with electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems preferred.
  • Experience with new construction and retrofitting existing office/video studio construction is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate and manage timeline expectations as part of a global project team.
  • Experienced project leadership and ability to manage self-directed work independently to complete complex work assignments.
  • Strong collaborator and team player with good communication and organization abilities.
  • Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.
  • Medium Work (Level 3) - Ability to demonstrate physical abilities to include exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
