Resultant was founded as KSM Consulting in 2008. 

To help continue our rapid growth and the build out best in class internal systems, we need an experienced and proven Data Analyst to join the team. As a Data Analyst, you will collect and analyze data to identify trends and provide internal stakeholders with valuable information that they can use to improve marketing, operational and businesses practices. You will make your data insights accessible to those who need the information to streamline such business processes through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables, and reports.   

Consider your day-to-day responsibilities in this role: 

• Ability to mine data across various data sets to be build desired reporting and visualizations 

• Developing and implementing databases and data collection systems 

• Acquiring data from primary and secondary sources and maintain data systems 

• Organizing and transforming information into comprehensible structures 

• Help map out data flow and systems of record as we enhance system interoperability 

• Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole 

• Experience with SQL, R or Python-Statistical Programming 

• Build reports with PowerBI and potentially other reporting tools as we grow 

• Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphs 

• Preparing reports and presenting these to management and other business leaders 

• Utilize ETL tools to link systems data sets together to enhance reporting capabilities 

• Locating and defining new process improvement opportunities 

• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets 

• Help build out our reporting infrastructure and best practices 

Some of the qualifications and skills we are expecting include the following: 

• The ability to pay attention to detail when working with data in order to make accurate conclusions and predictions 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with shareholders 

• A solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage 

• Strong IT and mathematical skills 

• In-depth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques 

• Knowledge of relevant relational databases 

• Experience with Tray.io a plus 

• Experience data/reporting visualization tools a plus
