• Collaborate with the POs to create products that users love
• Work in vertical, autonomous teams that do deliver customer value without dependencies
• Avoid “Legacy Code” and use TDD, Widget Test, Integration Tests to achieve that strive for Continuous Integration, commit to “main” daily and keep our CI Pipelines fast and green

• You have at least 7 years of experience in Software Development. Preferably focused on mobile
• at least 3 programming languages on multiple platforms
• Self-driven, proactive and inspiring leader, who have Fun and the Knowledge to mentoring your colleagues
• You are considered a T-shaped person with a deep understanding of the needs of the product side
• You are familiar with writing tests first (TDD) and know how to handle yourself around CI. Docker knowledge is a big plus
• You are fluent in English
