 We are looking for a Business Development  Manager who will be responsible for a broad range of deliverables that span organizational entities, departments and disciplines to support organizational objectives drive sales and extend the Altisource Brand.

Job Description

Business Development Manager (Sales) 

The Manager will work with other members of the Business Development Department, frequently in conjunction with the Law Department, the Compliance Group, various Business Units and their Senior Management and the Finance Team in order to provide support for new business opportunities and existing client relationships.  

 Responsibilities:  

  • Assist on business development efforts to secure new clients and cross-sell existing ones including the preparation of presentations and the consistency/accuracy of our external communications. In addition, provide Business Development and Business Unit support at industry related conferences and events.
  • Help manage the tracking of cross-selling efforts and new business efforts and other account strategies; provide insights and perspectives in that regard as well to help identify opportunity areas and prioritization.
  •  Manage the Business development mailbox and communications 
  • Assist as required with the projects, business and marketing support as assigned by management.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be a high energy individual that provides leadership in finding new and innovative ways of reaching key audiences and communicating the company value proposition. This individual must be detail oriented with strong abilities to manage multiple sources and projects through a variety of means.

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required. An advanced degree a  plus.
  • Two years experience working in the real estate or mortgage industry is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional written, oral and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills as the candidate will be expected to persuade others   (externally and internally) to assist with their objectives.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
  • Ability to synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, customer satisfaction and product usage to support recommendations.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and to become a valuable resource for  all business units through initiative and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to prioritize work to meet strict deadlines. Desire proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Some travel may be required.
