We are currently looking for a Squad Lead to work with one of our best clients in the US, who build solutions using blockchains, with their own smart contract framework, a unique API framework, and a robot/hardware control framework that can make decisions autonomously or through consensus. 

Responsibilities

As a Squad Lead, you’ll ensure high-quality standards in our projects to successfully complete projects, as well as: 

• Create technical solutions that are the foundation of entire products and customer projects.

• Eliminate the technical roadblocks to achieving customer satisfaction.

• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.

• Monitor and report on progress to all stakeholders on a timely and proactive basis.

• Leverage and extend our core software platforms and frameworks for IoT and hardware integration, cloud and bare metal distributed transactional systems, and advanced machine and transactional reporting portals, CI/CD pipelines and build processes to deliver technical solutions that solve valuable customer-specific use-cases.

• Lead development efforts by coaching, mentoring, directing code reviews and contributing to improvements to frameworks, tools, processes, and best practices.

You will work closely with your fellow engineering team members based in Colombia and other Latin American Countries. We are used to working in a distributed and remote manner, so this role is open to professionals in The Americas.

You are a great fit for this job if you:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in software development and architecture.

• At least 5+ years of experience in full-stack programming.

  • Angular, node js, and typescript.

• Experience with data tools like Hasura and GraphQL.

• Minimum of 2 years of software development leadership experience leading and mentoring teams and coaching direct reports.

• Background with access management such as KeyCloak and SSO.

• Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and DevOps CI/CD pipeline design and implementation with tools like Terraform.

• Will be considered as a nice to have: 

  • Experience in Blockchain Chaincode and operation, or IoT technology.

  • React and NPM.
