The role is responsible for the strategic process and execution of software quality initiatives for the Android and iOS operating systems for the CYNC product line.  Strong software quality assurance, iOS and Android knowledge will enable success in this role to ensure capability of the application and devices.  This role will work in close connection with the software development team to develop robust and capable systems within smart devices. 

• Supporting the quality assurance deliverables including the development of test plans, product technical specifications and supporting technical and milestone reviews will be required. 
• This role will support the quality of Android and iOS apps and engage in communicating quality status to the broader team.  
• Develop and fine tune test plan process for Cync product line to understand and define total scope of work 
• Develop standard test procedures for platform capable of anticipating changes that handle a variety of variables. 
• Engage with development leads to build in process standards for code developments, such as unit testing and automation standards. 

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical data-driven skills an absolute necessity 
• BS in an engineering, computer science fields or equivalent experience. 
• Minimum 10 years IoT, Mobile or similar QA experience  
• Excellent teamwork; must be able to communicate cross-functionally and within the team 
• Good interpersonal/facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communications skills 
• Self motivated; must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with limited direction 
• Problem solver- must be able to solve technical problems with directed guidance. 
• Experience with mobile-to-device interaction desired to enable immediate impact at the team level. 
• Individual must be a self-starter, creative and strategic thinker with good communications skills.
