How can you change it up?
Our Commercial New Build Manager will play a fundamental role supporting our Sales function, ensuring maximum sale success using their strong commercial, financial and analytical skill set to help achieve this. Your primary focus will be to engage with new build developers across the country, building strong relationships with various stakeholders of CityFibre. You will be defining and executing appropriate new build sales strategies across residential new build and regeneration schemes, directing sales teams to engage with developers and M&E contractors. You will also be working closely with city managers, engaging with key developers across the country.
As a new build manager, you will be expected to utilise marketing and event resources to build the CityFibre New Build brand, working closely with the Senior Strategic Manager to identify the marketing and events opportunities in your given territory. In addition to this, you will be producing regular reports regarding the status as well as developer forecasts of new builds.

What will you bring to the role?
You’ll have extensive proven experience of commercial and marketing support roles (ideally within the telecoms, technology or infrastructure markets). It is ideal that you also have knowledge of Residential Freehold or Leasehold Property. You will be comfortable working on complex contract negotiations, being able to work with new build developer, allowing the sales process to progress efficiently.
You are also able to demonstrate a deep knowledge and awareness of contract terms and conditions and how to assess the value or risk associated with them. This will also be supported by experience with new business and partnerships developments. You are also able to show that you are able to think outside the box, coming up with useful and creative solutions to problems that may arise.
