Inside Ubisoft HQ, the Talent Departement’s role is to ensure the recruitment, development and career support of Ubisoft’s talents who conceive our games. This privileged position allows our employees to have an overall vision of the Talent Department’s projects around the globe.

You will be working hand in hand with Talent Sourcers, They will be looking for new profiles and make first written contact with them. Then, you will be the person in charge of evaluating the quality of those profiles by taking on interviews with them.

Therefore, as a Pipeline Interviewer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting interviews and assess candidates’ skills and potential
• Engaging top talents and pitching Ubisoft’s story
• Spotting candidates’ compatibility with our group, missions, and culture
• As gatekeeper of talent, you will be tasked with ensuring that our talent bar is high
• Create a pool of Talents and feed our HR community with great profiles

If you find yourself in the following statements, you might be our next Pipeline Interviewer:

• Junior / intermediate work experience as sourcer / recruiter / interviewer
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• You can detect people’s features, by asking the right question
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
• Effective time-management abilities
• Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
• Ideally you also have an intermediate French level
