How can you change it up?
We’re at a key stage in our growth; setting the foundations to continue delivering an industry leading customer experience as we scale over coming months and years. In this role, you’ll build a new team responsible for governing and delivering the change required to place customers at the heart of everything we do; delivering a world-class customer experience that differentiates us in the UK marketplace.
You’ll be taking responsibility for elements of the Change Plan for Customer division; ensuring it delivers CityFibre strategic goals and aligns to wider Change Plans. Our ability to establish and deliver transformation goals is fundamental to CityFibre’s mission, so by project managing the onboarding of new customers and delivering large transformation objectives, centralising governance, collaborating with key support functions and up-skilling our front-line teams you’ll help us to set CityFibre apart from competition as we scale.
