US Based role - Customer Support for US Market

Smoobu (www.smoobu.com) is a Berlin-based startup in the vacation rental industry. We are operating worldwide. Our aim is to make vacation rental owners’ jobs easier by automating most of their tasks. We are a young and ambitious international team looking for fellow co-workers. You will be based in working as part of our virtual team on developing our business in your market. Always in close cooperation with the managing directors of the company and the sales & support team.

You will …

• speak native English (English is your first language, and you speak it perfectly) and truly understand the US market. Other languages a plus, but not required
• are an exceptional communicator in spoken and written form
• be able to apply technical knowledge to real-life scenarios
• genuinely wish to assist people, whilst demonstrating fantastic time-management skills
• work autonomously without constant supervision
• be located in the USA, to ensure to provide support to US timezones

• Have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service, including escalation
• have an outgoing and communicative personality
• have a goal-oriented mindset
• have an entrepreneurial spirit
• must be able to work shifts in line with USA time zones
• are not afraid to cover the whole aspect of business development
• a plus if you have experience in the industry
