Responsibilities:

• Hands-on capable for immediate needs, including web-chat / messaging, intelligent email and SMS inbound/outbound routing
• Create and prioritize project roadmaps & planning that aligns to pre-existing corporate strategy and goals
• Proven trusted technology leader with the knowledge, expertise and technology experience to make immediate impact
• Boost decision making speed and accuracy and have implementation expertise that provides real-time value
• Regular reviews of projects and key deliverables to ensure quality and predictability
• Provide timely and accurate progress updates on delivery and business opportunities to senior management
• Organize mindshare workshops with the client and practice units for potential new opportunities
• Provide thought leadership to create business value for the client
• Participate in estimation and scoping sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Business Administration, or relevant educational or professional experience
• Certification in Genesys Cloud is a must
• At least 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
• Experienced in defining digital customer journeys, mapping business processes and documenting BRD/SRS/BDD
• Must have good understanding of data concepts
• Should have good understanding of SDLC and different delivery models (Agile, Iterative etc.)
