Role Overview:
Activate and manage active SEM campaigns
Build new campaigns, ads, and keywords based on client briefs
Provide recommendations for new campaigns including tactics, spend and performance estimates etc.
Perform optimizations based on insights from Search data
Complete client reports with help from SEM Coordinators
Supervise small group of SEM Coordinators and Specialists
Help training of SEM Coordinators
Contribute to account and client strategy development
Key Responsibility:
Optimize budget pacing, bids and bidding strategies, ads and more
Pull data from multiple systems to create PowerPoint and Excel reports
Identify opportunities or insights during ongoing accounts from Engine systems and reports
Create and update keywords lists, ad copy, landing pages, and ad extensions
Provide insight and analysis and perform updates/optimizations to improve performance
Oversee the updates and maintenance of campaign taxonomy to meet global requirements
3+ years of SEM agency experience
Previous management or supervisory experience
Proficiency in French preferred
Shopping Ads experience preferred
A strong desire to learn and improve own skill set through directing learning
Organization in order to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to find solutions to unique tasks and operate independently on daily tasks
Comfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation and analysis
Strong numerical and computer skills
High level of capability in Excel and PowerPoint
Good writing skills, for both ad copy writing and to summarize insights in a concise manner
Strong public speaking, in order to discuss campaign aspects with clients in meetings
