Job Description

The GTM Training Programs Manager will be responsible for building and scaling various global training programs to accelerate GTM team members onboarding and ongoing development. This person will apply their knowledge of what works for adult learning and development to create meaningful training experiences that instill critical knowledge and inspire behavior change. They bring the advanced level of knowledge surrounding program development, success measurement and learning experience design. The GTM Training Programs Manager is an expert at engaging all stakeholders across different teams to ensure their programs are effective, scalable, and congruent with all aspects of the employee’s experience. This person is creative, willing to push the limits and think outside the box to fill critical knowledge gaps within the field org.

Responsibilities:
● Prioritization of Learning Concepts: Develop systems for collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to determine knowledge gaps and prioritize what should be covered and when.
● Cross-functional Alignment & Communication: Align with leaders from Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and others to define training priorities and ensure program outcomes align directly with business objectives.
● Collaboration: Develop clear avenues for teamwork with Revenue Enablement and People & Culture (HR) peers to build a truly comprehensive professional development model considering all aspects of the employee experience.
● Field Team Buy-in: Ensure field adoption of all programs remains top priority. Develop ongoing systems for iterating and improving programs to meet employee needs.
● Differentiation by Role: Consider the development needs of all GTM field roles (technical,
partner, customer success…etc) and engage the right stakeholders/SMEs to differentiate
learning experience when necessary.
● Impact Measurement: Determine and track metrics on ROI of all training programs including impact on key business metrics.

Qualifications

● 5+ years enablement and training experience in high growth companies
● Program Management, Learning & Development, and/or Sales Enablement experience with
increasing influence and responsibility
● Strong understanding of the needs of different GTM roles in B2B SaaS sales
● Proven history of programs launching and scaling
● Demonstrated ability to work with leadership in GTM organization, as well as build trusted
relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders
● Experience designing and facilitating training content including eLearning, presentations,
workshops, and learning paths
● Expertise in adult learning principles and best practice
● Strong analytical skills to assess the root cause of problems and develop appropriate solutions
● Strong ability to analyze, interpret and action on data
