Senior Business Analyst

•    Business and productivity reporting using Advanced Excel, SQL queries and Dashboards 
•    Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems and apply this to the development, execution and improvement of systems/applications. 
•    Develop automation scripts using available technology tools to reduce repeat manual tasks
•    Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
•    Collaborate closely with technology developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
•    Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
•    Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations
 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field 
•    May hold other technical certifications 
•    At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in as many of the following areas as possible – Operations, IT, quality management, process engineering, organizational change management
•    Must have experience working on IT projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
•    Understanding of Indices, fundamentals and analytical data, returns level data etc.
•    Data analysis – Must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, VB Script, Macros
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Technical Understanding, Problem Solving, Leadership, Teamwork, Client Management, Business Operations, ability to Multitask
