Job Description

The Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations and Analytics oversees the processes and technology stack needed to ensure an efficient and scalable revenue operation. The Manager also leads analytics to deliver timely reporting and strategic guidance across the marketing and sales funnel to create a streamlined, transparent, efficient and impactful revenue-generating capability. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce and provide timely dashboarding and reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Ensure robust and relevant analytics of marketing and sales performance to support executive needs for board and investor reporting as well as continuous improvement in sales and marketing functions.
  • Coordinate Keen’s own MIDA platform to support marketing planning and optimization.
  • Manage and scale martech stack to ensure a well-integrated, efficient and innovative growth-marketing and revenue capability.
  • Assess evolving business requirements 
  • Vet, negotiate, implement, integrate and lead training of Keen’s marketing and sales technology stack. 
  • Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends and technologies in sales and marketing operations and analytics to promote a best-in-class sales and marketing organization. 
  • Utilize HubSpot marketing automation platform to effectively integrate activity and reporting with Salesforce.

Qualifications

 

  • 10+ years experience in Sales and Marketing Operations
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited college or university
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous marketing sales insights

Technology Skills 

  • Expert in Salesforce implementation, analytics and compliance rules management
  • Experienced in HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation platform) implementation, analytics, workflows and Salesforce integration
  • Experience preferred with ABM ad platform (e.g., DemandBase, Terminus, RollWorks)
  • Google analytics and Google ad platform analytics experience preferred
  • Adept at adopting and integrating new sales and marketing enablement technologies
