Job Description

Accendi Group is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team as Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for supporting client recruiting engagements, focusing on high touch relationship management and responsiveness to client recruitment requests.

You will work to reduce the time to fill for each position while continually striving to improve the satisfaction of hiring managers and candidates. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can help the client scale at a speed to attract, engage and hire individuals at all levels on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for helping the employer's (client's) to recruit candidates for job vacancies, these may be permanent or temporary roles and can range from entry-level to technical positions. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery, and then identify potential candidates through existing contacts found on the Accendi Group systems, client databases, client third party recruitment software or advertising roles and taking the response.
  • Additionally, you will manage the recruitment process from sourcing, interview to offer stage, job reporting and beyond as applicable. That includes sourcing, attending virtual recruitment events, interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages, and presenting suitable candidates to clients. Your goal is to build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and candidates and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Accendi Group's commercial performance.
  • Consultants also provide advice to both clients and candidates on hiring processes, sourcing strategies, and salary levels where applicable. Developing solid relationships and managing both the expectations of clients and candidates is integral to the role. Consultants may develop and/or implement training presentations on various recruitment topics via online or face to face presentations when requested.
  • Your role will be both diverse and demanding involving: using marketing and business knowledge to identify and evaluate employer's recruitment needs, interview potential candidates, develop recruitment job strategies, implement, and manage recruiting programs.

 

     

    Qualifications

    THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

    • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
    • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition specifically with 2+ years in sourcing
    • You must have an expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal requirements, job analysis, , relationship management, and due diligence
    • Demonstrated strong sourcing search (e.g., Boolean, Indeed, LinkedIn) and research skills to find active and passive candidates
    • You will be a driven, ambitious individual that is looking to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
    • Ability to work independently and produce results within an unstructured environment and dynamic organization, demonstrate flexibility, and respond quickly to changes
    • Proficiency in enterprise applicant tracking systems- preferably Taleo, Workday
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills within a fast-paced environment
    • Strong cold-calling skills with the ability to find and then position opportunities with qualified passive candidates
    • Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives
    • Ability to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
    • Excellent customer service, and the ability to sell our Accendi story
    • High energy, enthusiastic, resourceful and results driven
    • Flexibility and willing to support multiple functions and business units
    • Proven ability to establish and maintain a deep network from which to source
    • Strong verbal presentation skills 
    • This position is subject to Accendi Group’s remote work policy

    Additional Information

    Location: 

    • TN, NC (Preferred locations)

    Pay Range:

    • $60,000 -$72,000
