As a Process Manager for Shiji you interact with different internal stakeholders and departments within the organization to align processes and cooperation between the various development focused departments. You help the teams to structure their work accordingly and push them to enhance the collaboration. You are mentoring the best usage of Jira and Confluence administration. You present, implement, and train those process changes across the organization.
