Finance Systems Manager

Position- Finance Systems Manager (Adaptive Insights)
Location- Remote within United States

NOTE:  U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of work assigned to this role.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do

• Manage the prioritization and delivery of the Finance systems & analytics roadmap to enable digital transformation of Zscaler’s Finance organization
• Drive process optimization and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Own and maintain Adaptive Insights as a system admin; from user administration to model building and routine enhancements, and guide on best practices 
• Drive the expansion of Finance data architecture in Snowflake with integrations from cross-functional transactional systems
• Lead continuous improvements to achieve and sustain a stable production environment for key FP&A systems such as Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Xactly, and NetSuite
• Partner with IT and Project Management to coordinate and plan systems deployment activities, manage conflict & dependencies
• Partner with internal customers to develop new insights and understand long term vision of the tool and deliver actionable results through team delivery

Qualifications/Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Systems with at least 7+ years of experience with implementation, solution building and control of financial systems and reporting technologies
• Strong understanding of FP&A / Accounting business processes to recommend best practices and provide Adaptive/NetSuite business process support 
• Strongly preferred: Adaptive Insights admin expertise; other budgeting/ planning systems experience can be considered
• Experience with BI Reporting (Snowflake), Tableau, NetSuite, Salesforce.com
• Ability to translate complex information into comprehensive, concise and high-quality business requirements 
• Experience with business requirement gathering, partner with business to understand user processes and procedures
• Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders with a strong customer service orientation and ability to influence key functional leaders
• Excellent verbal and written communication & data presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
