Job Description

  • Acts as a trusted advisor and strategic HR partner to designated executives
  • Actively participates with business leaders, developing deep connections, to plan and execute effective business strategies that create tangible business value
  • Leverages deep understanding of the business to translate business plans into clear business-focused talent, engagement, and organization strategies that achieve business outcomes
  • Ensures strong execution of identified people strategies using an enterprise mindset that balances the business needs with company-wide priorities and initiatives 
  • Drives the organization talent agenda and provides clear leadership on talent management, including assessing, developing, coaching, and mentoring critical executive talent as part of implementing the company-wide talent management processes
  • Actively engages with business leaders to ensure organization effectiveness and optimal organization design
  • Provides change management counsel and support
  • Partners with executives on executive hiring and reward decisions
  • Proactively partners and collaborates across the global HR organization, serving as the voice of the business to global HR initiatives and providing thought leadership and a solution-oriented mindset to optimize the business value of the HR function
  • Implements and administers HR programs and services (Annual Compensation Review, Short term and Long term Incentive planning, performance management process, Talent Review process, etc.)
  • Global perspective (client groups located in different countries)

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with Master degree or relevant certification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience
  • Experience supporting high-tech industries
  • Experience supporting global clients and navigating in a global workforce
  • Experience leading transformation and implementing change management practices
  • Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating large scale strategic initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills (including presentation skills) across levels, with an ability to persuade and influence
  • Counseling and coaching skills
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving results
  • An agile and continuous learner with personal resilience and an ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Able to perform substantive analysis regarding complex issues and recommend feasible solutions
  • Able to partner with, build relationships and effectively influence and coach senior management
  • Experience creating and maintaining collaborative and consultative business partnerships with senior management, HR business partners, and HR colleagues
  • A breadth of knowledge in employee relations, organizational development, compensation, staffing,  and training
  • Grasps business fundamentals; sound business acumen
  • Seeks to understand the business and client challenges, strengths, and needs
  • Ability to facilitate
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work to deadlines, often with short notice, while successfully managing multiple business-driven and corporate initiative
