Job Description

We are experiencing significant growth and is seeking a talented, passion-driven individual to enhance the talent and of our development team. The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the implementation of Experian Health products across multiple clients and projects and has a deep knowledge base of the relevant product and solutions offered to clients. Energetic professional who is excited to be on the front lines leading and guiding implementations of new client markets and integration, collaborating on strategies for continuous improvement to meet client business needs and achieve Experian revenue, cost and strategic objectives.  

Job Functions:

  • Fully owns assigned implementations while working with an assigned Implementation Specialist, and other teams as necessary, to balance client and project needs.
  • Collaborates and ensures standards for quality and customer experience are met across the board. 
  • Owns revenue metrics for assigned implementation portfolio
  • Manage multiple projects and/or large program rollouts concurrently, including initial implementations, multi-year rollouts, multi-use case, and multi-PMS integration rollout.  Collaborate with Relationship Managers on ongoing optimization of live clients requiring implementation resources.    
  • Act as SME for PatientSchedule and other Experian Health solutions as needed.  Have a solid understanding of the product and solutions delivered across multiple clients; be a trusted advisor for clients’ solution implementation and optimization needs.
  • Provide technical, business, client workflow consulting, and product experience to customers enabling a comprehensive solution for clients’ business needs.  Identify and understand customer problems and provide consultative approach to explaining product and providing solutions.
  • Assess client’s operations, make best-practice recommendations related to workflow design, provider templates and rules.
  • Facilitate technical discussions for solution integration into PMS/HIS/RIS and other client systems, leveraging HL7, API and various client specific file formats.
  • Facilitate discussions with analytics teams to set up clients on solution dashboards, and leverage analytics to provide benchmark metrics in ongoing consultative workflow conversations.
  • Develop and manage project scope, project plan, documentation, client training and related reporting and metrics tracking.   
  • Schedule and manage client meetings, develop critical path activities, lead workflow consultative sessions with various client stakeholders. 
  • Continuous assessment of gap analysis between current product functionality and business needs, to define solutions and collaborate with product development as needed.
  • Uses a variety of internal tools, logic modeling software, sql queries, and testing methodologies to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution. 
  • Motivate & influence internal and client resources, create mitigation plans, and manage risks to drive successful project execution and decrease time to go live.
  • Continuous awareness and knowledge of internal company environment, competitive landscape, and market trends and developments within functional area.  Consults and collaborates with clients, business partners, and internal organizations in the development, testing and implementation of Experian Health products and services. 
  • Develops and collaborates with Implementation Director, Implementation Specialists and other stakeholders on implementation and services methodology and process improvements. 
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years functional experience and leading in complex client delivery environments  
  • Strong knowledge of Healthcare market solutions, healthcare product implementations, integrations (HL7, APIs, Interfaces), and client experience from contracting to go live to continuous optimization
  • Strong project management, Visio and Excel
  • Knowledge/utilization of SQL queries, flowcharting, and Logic modeling
  • Experience working in fast paced, high performing culture.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, communication, and solution driven influencing skills
  • Ability to quickly get up to speed on new software platforms and tools
  • Proactive leader and learner; thinks things through, builds plan, asks questions, then executes those plans and sees them through to successful completion. Trusted to fully own all aspects of a project and deliver outstanding results and client experience
  • Up to 25% travel (in the future, as needed)
