The Senior Associate, Consumer Insights & Analysis uses data analysis and research to uncover, understand, and explain consumer behavior to support media recommendations.

The perfect candidate will be equal parts VISION and PRECISION, with aptitude for both qualitative and quantitative thinking.

He/she will synthesize data from social listening, online surveys, raw data sets, and proprietary tools to surface insights that will fuel marketing strategies for many of the top brands in the world, including Shiseido, Kroger, 7-Eleven, and Discover.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·      Synthesizes multiple disparate data sources and research (first-party, third-party, syndicated) through a full suite of analytical tools to create a single holistic view of the consumer. 

·      Navigates ambiguous data sets with excellent data intuition, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. 

·      Conducts social listening research and reporting.  

·      Deploys, manages and analyzes survey and focus group results.  

·      Creates ad-hoc reports, identifies key learnings and draws conclusions

·      Collaborates with Strategy and Media teams to turn data into opportunities to fuel client growth.  

·      Automates and accelerates data collection, classification and analysis to increase team efficiency.   

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelors Degree
• A background in marketing or research
• Experience with data analysis and storytelling

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:

• Stellar Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
• High level of analytical ability and attention to detail
• Ability to digest complicated data and synthesize it in a way that drives action
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage multiple deadlines at once
• Passion for innovation and independent thinking
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
• Agile, rigorous, and collaborative disposition
