Cloud Project Coordinator

• Coordination of analysis of approximately 1000 critical applications running in AWS including
• Assistance in finalisation of questionnaire to gather a detailed inventory of applications(eg URL, ADFS, Salesforce, SAP etc)
• Preparation of communication strategy for questionnaire with detailed planning stages
• Execute communication plan of questionnaire to service managers 
• Follow up Calls and Meetings to assist service managers in providing all necessary information
• Analyse and present recommendations within guidelines provided by client
• Use of ticketing tool (SNOW / Jira ) to follow up on different request
• Documentation of all of the above using Confluence

 We are looking for someone with:

• Significant Infrastructure project coordination experience with associated qualification
• Requirements gathering, strong documentation skills, experience of running workshops, presentation know-how.
• Self-starter. Can take on assignments, driving through contacting the appropriate parties to get them done and escalate when progress is impeded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience of working effectively within a team.
• Excellent mentoring and skills transfer capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• You can deal with all levels of a client organisation, with a proven track record sizing and scoping requirements into clearly defined specifications.
• A team player and self-motivated, you must demonstrate a strong customer-centric ethos.
• You will possess very strong documentation skills, particularly in documenting requirements and solutions.
• Experience working across multiple projects, and in a project team environment

 An Ideal Profile:

• Infrastructure and System experience an advantage.
• Cloud computing experience an advantage, specifically in Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
• Previous consultancy experience a distinct advantage.Microsoft certification an advantage.
• Experience working in autonomy is highly desirable
• Theoretical understanding of concepts around Security, Networking, Cloud Computing, Identity and Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, (Azure) Active Directory
• A plus: Infrastructure and system technical background essential with working knowledge of (Azure) Active Directory.
• Understanding of cloud concepts around Security, Networking, Cloud Computing, IAM, Authentication, Authorization, MFA, SSO, (Azure) Active Directory. 
• Gathering of information and assistance in analysis of hundreds of application for integration into a new set of security, identify and MFA standard.
