Join our dynamic workplace as a self-starting Digital Marketing Lead.  You will orchestrate search, content creation, affiliate marketing and social selling to support business growth goals. The Digital Marketing Lead will work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Product and Sales teams within IFS.

Job Description

  • Producing content for and updating social media channels
  • Working with others on coordinating social media drive to enhance the visibility of IFS
  • Conducting keyword research/SEO to ensure high rankings
  • Monitor industry trends, website developments and competitor strategies
  • Develop new social media and digital marketing strategies and optimise campaigns
  • Contribute creative ideas to digital content including video, photography and editorial
  • Ensure that the website  and social content is up to date, writing content as required in line with SEO strategy
  • Manage process and write content for industry award submissions
  •  Assist in the development of marketing campaigns
  • Design of graphics and key contributor to our exhibition design process
  • Assist in the organising of events
  • Ensure that all marketing materials promote the IFS brand and are produced in line with IFS’s corporate branding
  • Write content for blogs with IFS and industry news
  • Ensure that employee bios are up to date and published on MS SharePoint
  • Conduct regular client and prospect surveys, provide analysis of results
  • Understand competitor offering, manage and maintain competitive analysis
  • Analysis of social media data
  • Writing copy for YouTube and other video channels
  • Monitor industry trends, website developments and competitor strategies

Qualifications

  • Training in Digital Marketing, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Educated to a degree level along with marketing qualification
  • 5+ years experience working within Digital Marketing
  • Experience of working with campaigns, email platforms and CMS platforms (SiteCore, Hubspot, DNN, and Wordpress)
  • Excellent knowledge of various social media platforms (in particular, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram)
  • Proficient use of design applications such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent English and writing skills
  • Basic coding skills
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills
