Cooperating with Delivery and Recruitment managers aimed to identify new competencies expansion
Managing the whole cycle of training courses preparation: trainers’ selecting and coaching, negotiating the training program, coordinating the process of training materials creation, taking part in preparing of the PR campaign
Analyzing and verifying the quality and content of training data including course design; perform program evaluations
Cooperating with office services regarding training courses organization
Selecting inside and outside consultants and evaluate their training effectiveness
Supporting and coaching employees, who would like to be trainers and speakers
Working with existing customers. Seeking for and targeting new customers and new sales opportunities. Forming and maintaining the customer database
Contacting potential customers, composing proposals for the customers both B2B and B2C
Participating personally and actively in sales process. Managing customers through the entire sales cycle
Dealing with customer objections
Contracting. Managing the process of preparation and signing of legal and financial documents. Instructing customers on payment issues
