Due to the dynamic development, we are looking for an employee for the position:

Job Description

  • Develop and implement long term, strategic cooperation with top 5 OEMs in given region
  • Boost the sales growth as well as margin via applying up and cross selling
  • Initiate various actions with Clients e.g. joined projects, etc. focused on creating value for the end user
  • Develop and maintain strong internal network in Clients’ structures
  • Monitor Clients’ current and develop future needs
  • Setting up budgets, building up Clients’ analysis
  • Prepare, conduct presentations and trainings for the Clients as well as active contribution at industry events

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in the field of economics, marketing. Additional technical education would be an asset
  • Polish – native, English – advanced
  • Experience in sales of technical goods / solutions / components for OEMs
  • Experience in developing and implementing commercial strategies
  • Proven track record in commercial negotiations, selling skills
  • Excellent key account management capabilities
  • Knowledge and experience in working with CRM (Sales Force or similar)
  • Work experience in an international environment
