ABOUT THE JOB
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible in the delivery of our Eligibility Services contract work via online and telephony applications. You would act as first point of contact for applicants as well as a system administrator for the NEC system to allow applications to be input and processed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK. Documentary evidence will be required.
