Currently, we looking for "Business Development Executive", We need experts and passionate sales personnel who can meet targets:

• Ability to Research, Create, and maintain a database of target organizations in the assigned market.
• Ensure proper follow ups with sales executives for conversion of leads and retrieve appropriate feedback.
• Position our product to top decision makers in the targeted organizations through outbound calls.
• Adapt to new processes for outbound calling to ensure efficient and quality lead generation and closures.
• Ensuring daily reports, as per sales processes, is sent to respective Reporting Managers at defined frequency.
• Co-ordinate to follow up and ensure payment collection from organizations if required.
• Qualify leads into sales opportunities
• Update CRM with accurate data in real-time
• Should be customer focused and believes in ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build and manage high-level customer relationships and responding and initiating requests and providing high-level service and support
• Swiftly and efficiently, resolve internal and external customer issues and provide a high level of customer service
• Capable to work autonomously and with team where required
• Should enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment

• Graduates /Post Graduate.
• Confident to work with decision-makers.

• Flair for Sales.
• Experienced in Selling IT Solutions or Mobile Apps
• Research Ability and Strategic Thinking.
