Junior-Mid level draftsperson proficient in ArchiCAD

Working in Interior Design – mainly Commercial office fitouts, but some Residential renovations & Healthcare fitouts as well.

• Archicad 25 (previous versions are acceptable)
• Converting PDF plans to ArchiCAD plans
• Converting site surveys to ArchiCAD plans
• Creating simple 3D’s of key areas eg. A reception area or a staff Breakout area in an office.
• Creating a construction set of plans based on a layout plan that I would produce. Typical 6 x plans include: Demolition, Partition, Finishes, Furniture, Electrical, Ceiling
• Creating Joinery drawings & elevations
• Creating door schedules
• Drafting of construction plans

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (7AM - 4PM; Manila Time)

Location (Permanent Homebased)

• Permanent Homebased (candidate should have their personal equipment at home)
• Equipment requirements - (i7 or AMD Ryzen 7, 16GB Ram, 4GB VRAM OpenGL, 4.5 compatible graphics card, 2K Display Resolution (2560 x 1600), Windows 10 64-bit/Mac OS 11.3
• Candidates should have stable and reliable internet connection at home (at least 10MBPS for both download and upload speed)
