Job Description

Mirantis is adding a Customer Success Manager to our team!  The CSM has the ability to perform special and challenging tasks and the ability to use theoretical knowledge and practical experience to choose principles and processes. CSM’s will act as trusted advisors to key clients, partnering with them through the life of their project and will develop a deep understanding of the client environment workflow and goals. CSM’s will partner internally with sales, marketing, product and services to address client concerns. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with our largest and most strategic clients to help quantify adoption and track customer sentiment and SLA’s

  • Conduct Bi Weekly Quarterly Business Review (QBR)

  • Track and present bi weekly operations meeting

  • Support and refinement of company-wide operations

  • Build the customer relationship, address day-to-day questions

  • Resolve escalation issues, communicate customer needs internally to influence business priorities

Qualifications

  • Four year college degree preferred

  • 3+ years customer account management experience

  • Technical understanding of Openstack, Containers, Kubernetes, Linux, etc.

  • This role requires a high level of organization, exceptional communication skills, and an ability to adjust with our fast-paced organization

  • General understanding of project management, PMP certification or alternate a bonus

  • Proven track record with working with enterprise customers and executives
