Job Description

In this critical role you will be at the center of standing-up the corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources technology stack and internal/external websites for our new company.  Leveraging SAP and SuccessFactors as the platform, you will work closely with our systems integration partner to define business requirements, work with function leaders to align processes, and ensure a timely, successful implementation of the ERP and HR solution over the next twelve months.

Because we are acquiring telecom assets in 20 states, you will lead through the added complexity of understanding the seller’s current ERP and HR technology solutions, identifying ways to leverage their existing platforms to accelerate implementation before the planned close of the transaction in Q3 2022.  Although this will be a new implementation for a new company, you will lead through the complexity of converting data from the seller’s legacy systems, building temporary interfaces to enable transition services agreements, and new interfaces to our company’s vendor partners and other internal applications.

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

  • Directly relevant experience leading the implementation of ERP solutions in a complex environment, transforming and improving business outcomes as a result
  • Direct experience working with or implementing SAP and SuccessFactors platform as well as internal/external websites
  • Ability to make the complex simple, both in communicating complex ideas to key stakeholders and simplifying overly complex processes
  • Sophisticated project management skills on large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated commercial orientation developing technology-enabled solutions that drive favorable business outcomes
  • A passion for developing your team, coaching and mentoring others to support achievement of their career goals
  • A relationship builder, one who can advise, and influence key decision makers
  • Ability to successfully prioritize initiatives and manage multiple competing priorities with ease
  • Exemplary interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communications skills with all levels throughout the organization
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics or 8 – 10 years of equivalent related work experience

BONUS POINTS FOR:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or 5 – 8 years of equivalent work experience
  • Previous work experience in a large systems integration firm with demonstrated role progression onto projects of increasing complexity
  • Relevant experience in the telecommunications sector
  • Large-scale mergers and acquisitions experience leading technology-related aspects of integration
  • Specific experience leading technology-related workstreams in a large-scale carveout
