Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including, but not limited to: job postings, phone screens, scheduling and interviewing coordination, candidate communication, offer letter creation, performing background check process, etc
  • Support the Head of People & Culture (P&C) with adhoc projects
  • Interview potential applicants regarding their skills, experience, and education
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, benefits, wellness, and ad-hoc projects, as needed
  • Serve as an integral part of the P&C team and partner with all team members on day-to-day deliverables
  • Create and foster a positive and friendly experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Work with cross functional teams to deliver positive, service-experience to hiring managers interviewers of all levels, including C level executives
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS (SmartRecruiters) and Excel trackers
  • Assist with agency-wide event logistics, coordination, administrative support, and follow-up

·       Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

·       Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience within Human Resources, with strong preference for experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Confidentiality and discretion, a must
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Data analytics mindset, a plus
  • Sense of urgency, attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment and the ability to pivot quickly to meet evolving priorities
  • Can be counted on to work both independently and collaboratively while delivering against established deadlines
  • Can do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Applicant Tracking (SmartRecruiters) experience preferred
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Skills preferred

Additional Information

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000 and 70,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
