Job Description

Our organisation is rapidly growing and our biggest division is expanding, therefore we are seeking experienced Customer Service professionals to join our team on a full-time basis. 
You will play a key role in delivering an innovative and effective service across the business.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Delivering an outstanding experience through excellent customer service on inbound calls 
  • Writing accurate case notes in the medEbridge platform
  • Data entry and ad hoc administrative duties where required
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service expectations
     

Qualifications

To become one of our Team, you will need:

  • Attention to detail
  • An aptitude for systems
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite, namely Word, Outlook & Excel
  • Previous experience in a contact centre setting is advantageous. 

Successful candidates will be required to undertake a National Police Check and must have unlimited working rights in Australia.
