Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expert advice on, and guide team in, assessing and identifying potential risks that may threaten our reputation, safety, security, and/or financial success, as well as participate with key stakeholders across the enterprise and guide team in understanding business objectives.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Fair Lending Senior Analyst role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Guide team in preparing analyses and reports used to determine business areas that pose potential fair lending risks to the enterprise.
  • Guide team in preparing analyses and reports on external risk developments (including regulatory and legal actions) used to identify emerging fair lending risks to the enterprise.
  • Lead team in monitoring information and processes to reduce risk using rigorous analysis, including driving the risk assessment process by identifying fair lending risks and partnering with risk owners to document these risks and mitigating controls.
  • Perform transactional fair lending testing of targeted areas.
  • Manage regulatory deliverables.
  • Review and report on fair lending complaints.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years related experience, including fair lending risk identification and analysis, testing and reporting.
  • Proven ability to identify barriers to results and provide solutions, thinking creatively and critically throughout this process.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Desired Experiences 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
