This leadership role will develop, maintain and execute to a set of product roadmap goals for Nextech’s EMR portfolio serving the Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Plastics Surgery and other specialty segments. As the VP of Clinical Platform, you will be in a key leadership role to drive Nextech into the next phase of its growth, through client-centered product innovation, industry insights and engagement and internal alignment to the vision for Nextech’s clinical platform and growth strategy. You will collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders to combine insights from the industry, technology trends, competitive dynamics and regulatory developments to establish and evolve this vision and thus the product roadmap to support this. The successful candidate will coach, guide and motivate the team of highly skilled product managers and analysts to prioritize work and execute to this vision and product roadmap deliverables, bringing a strong sense of what delivers value to our clients with an eye on Nextech’s growth strategy.
In this role, you will bring your product management experience with EMR systems and be able to apply these insights to Nextech’s clinical platform prioritization and design decisions and work closely with users and internal stakeholders to gain alignment on these decisions.
