As a Professional Services Consultant on the Success Team at Postal, you’ll have an opportunity to be the face of Postal to new customers who have just purchased our product. You’ll lead the customers' initial onboarding and ensure they are set up for success. You will capture their KPI’s, educate their users and ensure that Postal is driving value for their users from day 1. As a fast growing business, you will play a pivotal role in impacting our customers' sentiment and allowing us to scale.
Work as the first point of contact with Postal customers after the initial sale
Provide a world class onboarding experience to all customers, ensuring each user is up and running at the completion of the process
Provide best practices on configuration, processes, and the offline marketing space
Lead discovery sessions with the goal of understanding each business unit and their specific goals/KPIs
Successfully manage onboarding projects by demonstrating the ability to keep stakeholders aligned, mitigate risks, complete milestones on schedule, and secure customer sign off at project completion
Minimum 2 years experience in a consulting/onboarding/education role
Experience in Sales/Marketing SaaS companies is a plus
Experience in developing client relationships both in person and remote
Project management expertise with a proven ability to deliver on time and on budget
Skilled in transforming customer goals into product configuration and set up
Comfortability leading training sessions across a variety of roles within an organization
Ability to translate technical aspects of a product and educate others using simplified explanations
High degree of ownership
Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Google Apps
Experience working on a performance-based compensation structure (base + bonus)
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
