Job Description

As a Postal Sales Engineer you will be working hand in hand with our Sales & Customer Success Organization to ensure that our customers and prospects have a best in class experience.  You will be close to the action; working directly with some of our most valued prospects and customers to align their requirements to the Postal Platform. 


  • Serve as the go-to product expert for all Postal use cases.  Understanding the Postal platform inside and out. 

  • Be a technical advisor to our prospects and customers.

  • Collaborate with Sales and CSMs on a regular basis to strategize on deals and accounts that require complex solutions.

  • Collaborate with Sales to complete RFPs/RFIs 

  • Drive urgency and confidence in the deal cycle. 

  • Partner with Sales Leadership to strategically deploy your time and resources.

  • Problem solve for our prospect and customer requirements, providing simple and creative solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product and Engineering to ensure our prospect and customer needs are being met.


  • 2+ years of SaaS customer facing experience. Experience in MarTech or SalesTech is a plus

  • Experience working in a results oriented environment

  • The ability to breakdown complex solutions into simple actionable steps

  • Familiarity with the set up and admin of Salesforce, Marketo, and Hubspot

  • Experience working with the security and information teams at Fortune 500 companies

  • Experience presenting to and working with Director level and above executives

  • Technical aptitude, the ability to pick up new technologies quickly

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Insatiable curiosity
