Google Cloud Engineer/ Architect

Hiring a skilled Google Cloud Engineer / Architect to join our team in support of a federal customer’s cloud computing office. This is a Permanent Position. Salary: DOE+ Great Benefits

The Architect will help conceptualize, design, and build the customer’s Google Cloud Platform product to be used by many organizations within this cabinet-level agency.  

Required Clearance: 

• Secret clearance or above (Interim Secret is acceptable) 

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of work experience with Cloud Platform technologies, and a focus on Google Cloud Platform 

• Five or more years of experience with: 

• Cloud solutions, platforms, and technologies; 
• Demonstrated cloud architecture projects and deployments; 
• Architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of enterprise level cloud platforms, solutions, and services; 
• Architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications (i.e., having an architectural sense for ensuring availability, reliability, etc.); and 
• Leading and implementing cloud strategy migration and architecture customization. 

• Experience with establishing technical strategy and architecture at an enterprise level 
• Expert level knowledge of security, authentication, MFA, authorization, data privacy, identity and access management (IAM), cryptography/key management, access controls, and security protocols
