About the projects

In this role, you will be providing day-to-day support to our customers – both to their end-users, as well as the technical representatives of our customers. You will also be consulting and aiding our customers adopt new technologies as they are released.

Job Description

Your role

You will contribute to our effort of growing our capabilities when it comes to the Mac support operations. We, on the other hand, will support your professional development and ensure that you are performing motivating and relevant tasks. 

In a typical week, you will be performing the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:

  • Handle deployment, needed infrastructure and patch management for Mac machines across the enterprise
  • Leverage JamF (Cloud) to manage Mac clients
  • Create, maintain and deploy application install packages for delivery through JamF
  • Design, Maintain and deploy configuration policies to all endpoints to make sure they are fully compliant and secured
  • Collect requirements from the business and implement them
  • Serve as top tier point of escalation for all OS/software issues in Mac areas
  • Respond to customer requests, change management cycle, incidents, etc. based on ITIL and Agile practices
  • Continuously develop and improve quality of service by applying automation

Must have:

  • Knowledge and working experience in the following technologies: Software Updates, Application deployments, Operating System Deployment, Automated Deployment Rules, Alerting, Reporting
  • Apple Mac– Deployment & Management
  • Readiness for independent and team-oriented work
