Company Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated marketer to join our firm, to shape the future of healthcare through growing our clients’ businesses. Until recently, all three divisions of Bracken (The Bracken Group, Bracken Marketing and Bracken Data) were independent entities.  They have been brought together as one cohesive company and we need an individual to spearhead the over-arching marketing. ,This role reports directly to our Chief Growth Officer, and is a good-fit for someone who wants to go deep on digital marketing, and setup for a career as a marketing executive. 

Job Description

Internal Marketing

  • Be the primary “owner” for marketing Bracken’s analytics, marketing, and consulting services 
  • Support the planning and execution of our corporate and divisional go-to-market strategies 
  • Have a hand in planning and executing SEO, content, social media and other marketing-related strategies for Bracken 
  • Create brand marketing guides, processes, and documentation 
  • Oversee the publishing and distribution stages of content production 
  • Produce social media content, landing pages, newsletters, and other digital assets 
  • Manage updates to Bracken’s websites 
  • Generate marketing campaign ideas 
  • Assist on additional marketing projects 
  • Manage marketing-tech as needed in Bracken’s HubSpot environment 
  • Provide marketing reports and analyses to the team 

Sales enablement 

  • Produce collateral for the sales team 
  • Assist with account-based marketing strategies and sales techniques 
  • Facilitate reporting and analysis between sales and marketing 

Project Management 

  • Help manage multiple Asana boards using a modified agile PM methodology 
  • Work with others to bring deliverables such as advertising campaigns or new web pages to fruition, on time and on budget 
  • Keep files and documentation organized 
  • Run meetings with project team(s) as needed 

Community building 

  • Support marketing-level partnerships such as Bracken’s role in the HubSpot Partner Solutions program 
  • Find and submit to events, awards and speaking engagements for the Bracken team 
  • Use marketing techniques to support how Bracken attracts and retains talent. Help shape the employer brand. 
  • Support business development and business relationships building efforts 

Other 

  • Attend video-calls with team 
  • Attend in-person meetings as needed 
  • Stay up to date with of b2b marketing and digital health  
  • May be involved in some data services projects via Bracken Data 
  • Reports to Elliot Miller, Chief Growth Officer 

Qualifications

Requirements 

  • 3 or more years B2b tech marketing experience 
  • Strong project management, copywriting, and communication skills 
  • Proficient with project management applications 
  • An eye for detail and a passion for marketing 
  • Experience with, or a personal ambition to quickly learn all about, digital health business
