As a Client Engagement Coordinator at YouGov, you will support a group of accounts, in order to drive revenue generation for your territory. Utilising cross selling and upselling, you will increase the value of your account group year on year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building long lasting and impactful relationships with senior stakeholders in order to build YouGov's influence within an organisation.

• Support Client Engagement Director with the day to day commercial lead for a portfolio of 100+ clients
• Collaborating continuously with the research teams to properly scope out projects and pricing for clients
• Proactively engage with clients and build relationship
• Maintain excellent CRM records in accordance with YouGov best practice (Salesforce)

• 1-2 years of client management experience
• Research background preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
• A self-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
